
Students participated in a five day summer camp from the Albert Einstein High School and the Ramón Power y Giralt High School. The camp gave students the opportunity to participate in different activities and provided them with several teamwork and personal development challenges. 
The leadership workshops helped to create group cohesion among participants from the three schools.
Youth Leadership
During 2009, youth demonstrated their genuine interest in personal growth, teamwork and in improving the quality of their education.
• Approximately 40 students, parents and teacher participated in the Third Leadership Camp that was held at the Campamento Guajataka.

• Some program participants took a short course in conversational English, with entertaining and varied content that included navigating different websites. The classes were offered by Jean Louis Rochet, a Social Sciences student at Harvard University who volunteered with Sapientis over the summer.

• A group of 26 students from the Albert Einstein, Ramón Power y Giralt and República del Perú Schools participated in an adaptive leadership workshop that gave them the opportunity to explore new tools that will help them improve the environment and quality of education at their schools.
