We have developed programs that serve schools and communities by striving to improve the quality of public education.  Our programs develop participants’ leadership skills in order to enhance the school environment and improve scholastic achievement.

In our programs, Sapientis employs the adaptive leadership model developed by Professor Ronald Heifetz of Harvard University.  This model is focused on providing individuals with the necessary skills to spur progress in their context—regardless of their particular situation or degree of formal authority.  For more information about the adaptive leadership model, click here.
